Hello! I'm Jishnu Dey

Welcome to my website!

I am a Graduate student in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, pursuing MS with thesis (Expected - May 2020). My advisor is Prof. ChengXiang Zhai. I'm interested in deep learning, natural language processing and information retrieval. I'm proficient in Python, R, MATLAB, C, C++, and have also worked on Java and Android development. I am always interested in learning new languages and technologies.

Prior to this, I was working as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore. I graduated from IIT Kharagpur, India in 2016 with a B.Tech in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering.
